About Athlete Strength & Performance Training

Our sports performance training program is open to all athletes ages 8+. During these sessions the athlete will perform either our “performance”  or “strength” workout of the day. These training sessions are in a small group atmosphere. Our coaching professionals will direct you with their recommendation on what type of workout the athlete should perform on a consistent weekly basis.

Unlimited Monthly pass for athlete strength and performance training sessions. Each workout will encompass strength and performance/agility work. This program is built for any fitness level. All are welcome.
