About Full Body Functional Fitness
Small group fitness classes performed and coached at a higher pace. During each class, you will go through our dynamic warm up, perform upper and lower body strength exercises, core work and cardio. Classes are one hour start to finish. All fitness levels welcome.
Full Body Functional Fitness Class
Unlimited Monthly pass for a full-body FIIT workout. Each workout will encompass upper body movements, lower body movements, core & cardio work. This program is built for any fitness level. All are welcome.
