I am a Southside of Chicago Native who graduated from Leo High School in 2011. I was a member of the football team and 2011 State Championship track team. I wento n to play football at Winona State University in Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Post college, I played arena football with the Chicago Blitz and Eagles before playing football professionally in Europe for the NFL Europe team the Amsterdam Admirals (Now Crusaders). I then joined the United States Army. I hold my NASM- CPT Level 1 Certification as well as a track certification from Parisi school of Speed. I have 8 years strength & conditioning experience training teams at the club and high school level. My areas of focus are : jump & speed performance, strength & conditioning and injury mitigation.
